HOURLY RATES     NON-MAINTENANCE PLAN CLIENTS Effective 1st January 2010 for ad-hoc work within a 30 minute driving radius of Torquay. Computer Maintenance / Networking Each hour (minimum 1 hour) £55 Subsequent Hours (15 minute blocks) £40 Server Administration First Hour (minimum 1 hour) £75 Subsequent Hours (15 minute block) £60 In-House I.T. Consultancy Each Hour (minimum 1 hour) PoA All prices subject to addition of VAT at 15%. We do not charge travelling time for client sites within a 30 minute radius of central Torquay - so the clock only starts when we arrive, not when we leave our office! Payment for ad-hoc work is payable upon the departure of our engineer by cheque or cash. Title of any parts or goods supplied does not pass until cleared payment has been made in full. ETL MAINTENANCE PLAN CLIENTS Clients taking advantage of our maintenance plans benefit from substantial savings on on-site labour rates with a minimum of 30% saving and in certain cases rising to 40%.
